Sian is a highly experienced
executive coach and has a passion for helping people realise their potential,
maintain their resilience and enjoy more fulfilment in their professional
and personal lives.
Having worked with international
humanitarian agencies since 2001 (as Health & Safety Advisor at Save the
Children UK and the British Red Cross) she launched her own coaching &
consultancy business in 2006 to offer staff support and coaching services to a
variety of public sector and humanitarian organisations.
Having been a facilitator and coach
on numerous leadership development programmes, Sian specialises in leadership, management,
and personal development coaching. She is also highly experienced in stress
management coaching and transitional coaching and has provided 500+ hours of
personal debriefing sessions to aid workers returning from disaster zones.
Additionally, she has considerable experience providing psychosocial support to
groups and individuals following critical incidents and trauma.
Being highly intuitive, Sian has a
gentle but affirming style and has the ability to relate with people on all
levels, of various cultural backgrounds. She has held numerous coaching
sessions with people based all over the world in challenging roles and contexts,
from country director to trainee scheme participants.
As an Accredited Senior Coach with the IIC&M, Sian’s
qualifications include a Practitioner’s Diploma in Coaching and a Diploma in
Stress Management. Her foundation qualifications include a BA in Psychology, a
B Com in Marketing and a Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Safety &
Health which were acquired in New Zealand.
