I’ve been providing career and life coaching services to a wide range of clients in the US and abroad since 1996. My clients often wish to transition to a different career or explore more meaningful and satisfying work directions or settings. Many clients are interested in careers outside of traditional corporate settings, whether that be in entrepreneurship or a position in a small business, non-profits or the arts, education, self-employment, socially responsible business or building a multi-career.
While what we do for a living is an important, it is only one aspect of living a vibrant, fulfilling life; therefore, many of my clients want to work on both personal and career-related projects. I work with clients around work/life balance, overwhelm, stress reduction, time/energy management, self-care, priorities and goal-setting and a host of other areas.
My formal education includes a BS in Marketing and an MBA. I received my coach training and certification through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), one of the first and most respected coach training programs in the world. I hold the prestigious Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coach Federation.
