Judy Zehr, LPC


Judy has been a therapist and coach for over twenty years specializing in helping clients strengthen skills in both powerful self acceptance and deep change.  Using tools to increase self compassion, mindfulness, emotion regulation/processing, and habit/behavior/lifestyle change, she has helped thousands of clients change their relationship with food, weight and body image, shopping, money and finances, work and creativity as well as spiritual connection.  The tools she teaches help improve all relationships–intimate ones with partners, family members, kids and friends, as well as co-workers, bosses, colleagues and neighbors.

Judy has worked with neuroscientists at UCSF and been trained in teaching brain-based tools to “rewire” the brain toward greater happiness and health. We can all change our emotional set point and live happier, healthier, more balanced lives.
